About the Role
As Bar & Waiting Staff, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable moments for our customers, whether by pouring the perfect pint, crafting the ideal drink suggestion, or ensuring the best experience after a long day.
You’ll be part of a fun, inclusive team where you can grow and develop new skills while contributing across all roles of service.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences — every visit should feel warm and memorable.
- Acting as a knowledgeable bar professional — expertly recommending drinks and experiences.
- Preparing and serving drinks — ensuring quality, presentation, and compliance meet our high standards.
- Supporting food service — greeting customers, assisting during meals, and maintaining a warm atmosphere.
- Ensuring compliance and safety — keeping the bar clean, legal, and hassle-free while handling issues quickly and professionally.
