Job Description
As Bar & Waiting Staff, you’ll be instrumental in crafting unforgettable moments for every customer. Whether you’re pouring a perfect pint or guiding a guest towards their ideal drink after a long day, your attentiveness will ensure the experience is consistently exceptional.
You’ll join a fun, inclusive team dedicated to fostering growth and camaraderie. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their skills while working in a creative, service-driven environment.
Responsibilities
As a member of our Bar & Waiting Staff, you will…
- Deliver a heartfelt, memorable experience every time a customer visits.
- Provide expert drink recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Prepare and serve drinks to specifications, ensuring consistency and satisfaction.
- Handle greetings, food service, and attentive tableside support throughout mealtimes.
- Maintain a legal, safe, and immaculate bar area, promptly addressing any issues in a professional manner.
- Store and manage alcohol responsibly, adhering to all regulations.
