Bar & Waiting Staff

Role Responsibilities

As Bar & Waiting Staff, you’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering a heartfelt, memorable experience for every customer in our pubs.
- Acting as the bar insider, providing drink recommendations tailored to customers’ preferences.
- Ensuring all drinks are prepared and served to specifications, while meeting customer expectations.
- Assisting with greeting guests, serving food, and attentive table service throughout their visit.
- Maintaining bar safety, legality, and cleanliness, while addressing any issues quickly and effectively.
