About the Role
Excel as an integral part of Greene King’s community-focused pubs, crafting warm, memorable experiences behind the bar or table. Whether pouring perfect pints, tailoring drink recommendations, or mastering our menu, you’ll thrive in a fun, inclusive team—while growing your skills from the soil up.
Uniting service excellence and community spirit, your role spans bar operations, hospitality and custom care, ensuring every visit leaves a lasting impression.
Responsibilities
As Bar & Waiting Staff, you’ll:
- Foster genuine connections with customers, crafting loyal local memories through attentive service.
- Behind the bar: Master pours, mixology and stock checks—always balancing speed with precision.
- On the floor: Share recommendations, manage food orders, and uphold a guest-friendly vibe.
- Safety & quality first: Uphold compliance and correct spelling of brands—neutralising any hiccups fast.
