Bar & Waiting Staff Role

You’ll be key to creating unforgettable moments for customers – whether you’re pouring a pint or recommending a drink tailored to a customer’s needs after a long day. The good times rely on you, as you’ll join a dynamic and inclusive team where growth and skill development are prioritised.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service – Ensure every customer leaves with a warm, memorable experience.
  • Behind-the-bar expertise – Provide knowledgeable recommendations and expertly prepare drinks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety – Keep the bar compliant, well-stocked, and free of legal or health issues.
  • Food & customer service – Assist in welcoming customers and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
  • Repetitive excellence – Consistently meet high standards across all roles—from pour repetitions to culinary presentation.
