About the Role: Bar & Waiting Staff
As Bar & Waiting Staff, you’ll play a crucial role in creating unforgettable moments for customers. Whether you’re pouring the perfect pint or offering drink recommendations after a long day, you’ll ensure the good times keep flowing in fun, inclusive surroundings. This is a chance to grow and develop your skills within a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Deliver a heartfelt, memorable experience for every customer at every visit.
- Operate behind the bar, providing expert drink recommendations tailored to customers.
- Prepare and serve drinks to high standards and customer expectations.
- Assist with food service, dining assistance, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and legally compliant bar, resolving any issues swiftly and professionally.
