About the Role Join Chef & Brewer’s vibrant team at Chiltern Hundreds (Maidstone) as Bar & Waiting Staff. You’ll play a crucial role in creating exceptional customer experiences in our welcoming, stylish country-style pubs. Whether it’s pouring a perfectly served pint or offering personalised recommendations, you’ll ensure guests leave with unforgettable moments.

Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering a heartfelt, memorable service with every interaction.
- Offering insider bar knowledge and expert recommendations to customers.
- Preparing and presenting drinks to the highest standards, meeting specifications and customer expectations.
- Assisting with diligence, greeting guests, and attentively serving both drinks and food.
- Maintaining a safe, legal, and clean bar environment, resolving any issues quickly and professionally.
