BAR & WAITING STAFF
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Bar & Waiting Staff to join one of our busy hospitality venues.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a lively, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You’ll be part of a friendly front-of-house team delivering excellent customer service, great food, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere across some of Guernsey’s most popular pubs and restaurants.
Requirements
- A team player with a friendly and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18+ (to serve alcohol)
- Previous hospitality experience
- Candidates must have an immediate right to work in Guernsey or the UK, or may require a work permit and visa
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with a positive, professional attitude
- Take food and drink orders efficiently and accurately
- Serve a variety of drinks to a high standard
- Maintain clean, tidy, and well-presented tables and work areas
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences
