You’ll be key to creating unforgettable moments for customers, whether you’re pouring a pint or recommending the perfect drink after a long day. You’ll contribute to keeping the good times flowing, while growing and strengthening your skills and experience in a fun, inclusive team.
About the Role
Join Pub & Grill, where we blend the warmth of a cosy pub with the style and quality of a restaurant. As a Bar & Waiting Staff, you’ll:
- Deliver a heartfelt and memorable customer experience at every visit
- Serve as a knowledgeable bar insider, offering tailored drink and menu recommendations
- Prepare and present drinks to the highest standards, meeting specifications and expectations
- Assist with greeting customers, serving food, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience
- Maintain a safe, legal, and clean bar area, resolving any issues efficiently
