Bar & Waiting Staff – Mallard Pub (Doncaster)

Job Description

As Bar & Waiting Staff, you’ll be key to creating unforgettable moments for customers – from pouring the perfect pint to recommending the ideal drink after a long day. Join a fun, inclusive team where you can develop and strengthen your skills and experience.


Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will:

  • Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience every time they visit.
  • Offer Expert bar knowledge, answering customer questions and making recommendations.
  • Prepare and present drinks and food to meet specifications and expectations.
  • Assist with greeting, serving, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Maintain a safe, legal, and clean bar environment, addressing issues swiftly.
  • Be responsible for bar stock and service efficiency.
