The Role

As Bar & Waiting Staff, you’ll be key to crafting memorable experiences for customers. Your tasks include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service from the moment people walk in.
  • Offering bar recommendations based on your knowledge and passion for drinks.
  • Ensuring flawless drink preparation—every pint and cocktail meets high standards.
  • Supporting with greeting, food service, and table management.
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant bar environment.
  • Resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
