The Role
As Bar & Waiting Staff, you’ll be key to crafting memorable experiences for customers. Your tasks include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service from the moment people walk in.
- Offering bar recommendations based on your knowledge and passion for drinks.
- Ensuring flawless drink preparation—every pint and cocktail meets high standards.
- Supporting with greeting, food service, and table management.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant bar environment.
- Resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
