Bar & Waiting Staff – Job Description

As a Bar & Waiting Staff member, you will:
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience on every visit.
- Act as the insider behind the bar, offering expert recommendations to customers.
- Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
- Assist in:
- Greeting customers
- Serving food
- Ensuring the dining experience is exceptional
- Maintain a safe, legal, and clean bar, addressing any issues quickly and safely.
Requirements & Skills
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Show a keen eye for detail, ensuring every pint is poured perfectly.
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome.
- Possess a positive, can-do attitude and be a true team player.
