The Role

As Bar & Waiting Staff, you’ll play a vital role in crafting unforgettable experiences for our guests. Whether you’re pouring a pint, suggesting the perfect drink or assisting diners, your friendly, customer-centric approach will ensure great moments—and great tips!

Key Responsibilities

You will be expected to:

  • Deliver a heartfelt and memorable experience every time a customer visits.
  • Act as the bar expert, offering knowledgeable drink recommendations.
  • Prepare and serve drinks to specification, with precision and care.
  • Assist with table service, food presentations, and ensuring our diners feel welcome.
  • Maintain strict compliance for a clean, safe, and legally sound operation.
  • Address any bar or service issues *efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Willingness to learn and grow skills in the hospitality world.
  • An eye for detail, ensuring every drink and service is executed flawlessly.
  • Enthusiasm for exceptional service—every guest should feel valued.
  • A positive, team-friendly attitude and the drive to work well with others.
  • Experience in a pub or similar environment is preferable but not essential.
