Bar Staff Wanted – City of London

Progression to Supervisor or Assistant Manager Possible

Are you passionate about hospitality and looking to grow your career in one of London's most dynamic and professional bar environments?

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Bar Staff to join our team in the City of London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, weekday-only setting and is keen to take the next step in their hospitality career.

City of London (Close to major transport links)

Hours

Monday to Friday only – No weekends or late nights!

Qualifications

As Bar Staff:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Deliver friendly, prompt, and attentive service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
  • Follow all licensing laws and health & safety regulations.
  • Support team members during busy periods.
  • Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience.

With Supervisor Potential

  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.
  • Lead by example during shifts, particularly during peak times.
  • Monitor stock levels and support ordering processes.
  • Step in to oversee operations in the absence of the Bar Manager.
  • Contribute to improving service, efficiency, and team morale.
  • Help enforce company standards and procedures.
