We’re looking for a Barback to join the team at Phonox.
Phonox is built around the music. A focused room. A serious crowd. Behind the bar, pace matters. As Barback, you keep the operation moving. You make sure the bartenders have what they need, when they need it. You’ll restock fridges, replenish ice, change kegs, manage glassware and keep the bar clean and organised. It’s high volume and physical work, especially at peak times. You’ll need to stay alert, work quickly and think ahead.
What You’ll Do
- Restock bottles, beer and ice throughout the shift
- Change kegs and manage bar deliveries
- Collect, wash and polish glassware
- Keep bar stations clean, organised and ready
- Support bartenders to maintain fast, smooth service

What To Expect
- Competitive pay: £12.71 per hour. Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday.
- A dynamic working environment where no two shifts are the same. Phonox is a multi floor late night venue, so expect energy, variety and big nights.
