The Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch, set to open in one of the most iconic London locations opposite Buckingham Palace, invites Barback candidates to join the pre-opening team at its new five-star hotel.

About the Role
As a Barback at Café Boulud Restaurant, you’ll provide behind-the-scenes essentials for seamless bar operations—critical to maintaining the luxury guest experience Waldorf expects.
Working alongside Bartenders, your duties include meticulous bar preparation, accurate stock management, and upholding the highest cleanliness and presentation standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing beverage and supply orders, verifying accuracy against requisitions.
- Pre-op service prep:
- Cutting/peeling lemon/lime garnishes.
- Mixing juices.
- Stocking/organising backup supplies.
- Assist teammates by stocking bars for:
- Glassware.
- Ice, garnishes, mixers, and paper products.
- Handling keg changes, maintenance, and routine bar tasks.
- Ensuring all areas comply with company, state, local, and federal hygiene, safety, and operational standards (e.g., storage spaces, refrigerators, and beer lockers).
- Maintaining immaculate organization.
