About the Role
As a Barback, you'll be responsible for keeping the bar fully stocked, organised and service-ready at all times. The Barback works closely with our bartenders and restaurant team, helping to create a seamless guest experience by ensuring they have everything they need to deliver exceptional service.
This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their skills and gain valuable experience in a busy restaurant bar, with opportunities to progress within our Food & Beverage team.
This is a three-month fixed-term opportunity, with both full-time and part-time positions available.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support bartenders by keeping the bar stocked with spirits, wines, beers, mixers and garnishes.
- Prepare fresh garnishes and ensure all bar supplies are ready before and during service.
- Collect and polish glassware to maintain presentation standards.
- Replenish ice, glassware and bar equipment throughout service.
- Keep the bar clean, organised and compliant with health, safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with the delivery, storage and rotation of stock.
- Dispose of waste and recycling promptly to maintain a safe working environment.
- Support with opening and closing duties.
- Work closely with the wider restaurant team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Deliver friendly and professional interactions with guests whenever required.

What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach with a strong work ethic.
- Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.

Salary: £12.71 p/h + service charge (extremely competitive) + benefits
