Barback

Nancy’s Cocktail Bar

London Bridge, London
Full-time
£13.00 per hour + service charge (estimated £5.00 per hour)

Join the opening team at Nancy’s

Nancy's will be London Bridge's newest premium cocktail destination. Landmark views, a late license, serious drinks and a space designed to bring a little 70s spirit back to London nightlife.

Opening mid-May, we're looking for quality hospitality professionals who can help us elevate the guest experience and deliver the tailored service we want to achieve.

The Role

We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic who wants to be part of a team delivering exceptional drinks and service in a buzzy, exciting venue.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, reliable and proactive, and who takes pride in supporting a busy bar team to keep service running smoothly. As a Barback, you will play an important part in the flow of the bar, helping maintain standards, supporting your colleagues during service, and contributing to the overall guest experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
