Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Barista to join the team at our Croissanterie, an exciting extension of Chef Yannick Alléno's acclaimed Pavyllon London.

Located within Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, the Croissanterie offers a refined yet accessible experience inspired by the elegance of a Parisian café. Guests can enjoy handcrafted pastries, freshly baked viennoiserie, exceptional coffee, and a selection of seasonal offerings throughout the day.

The role
As a Barista, you will be one of the first points of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere while preparing and serving exceptional coffee and beverages.
You will combine technical skill with genuine hospitality, taking pride in consistency, presentation, and guest interaction. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about coffee, enjoys building relationships with guests, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, teas, and specialty beverages to a consistently high standard
- Provide warm, professional, and engaging service to all guests
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across coffee, pastries, and retail offerings
- Ensure the counter, equipment, and service areas remain clean, organized, and well presented
- Support daily opening, closing, and stock control procedures
- Handle guest enquiries and make recommendations confidently
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Work closely with the Pavyllon and Croissanterie teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Maintain Four Seasons standards of quality, professionalism, and hospitality at all times
What we are looking for
- Previous experience as a Barista within a café, restaurant, hotel, or similar environment
- Passion for coffee and guest service
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with guests
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Willingness to learn and develop within a luxury hospitality environment

- Full-time position based on a 40-hour working week
- Five shifts per week across a rotating schedule
- Flexibility required across mornings, weekends, and public holidays
