Requirements
- Confidence in cash handling and using tills
- Knowledge of good merchandising and stock rotation
- Experience in a service environment dealing with customers preferred
- Strong communication skills: positive, enthusiastic, helpful, adaptable
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve hot beverages to a high standard
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Engage with customers throughout their visit
- Manage queues during busy periods
- Safely serve customers with food allergies
- Ensure tempting food is merchandised and available throughout the day
