Core Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages, whole-bean coffee, and food products consistently, adhering to recipe and presentation standards.
- Assist with store operations, including opening/closing the store, handling cash, and ensuring safety and security.
- Support colleagues during peak hours to maintain smooth store operations.
- Anticipate customer needs by understanding your store’s environment and regulars.
- Deliver legendary service with a “customer comes first” mindset, fostering strong connections.
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace for both customers and team members.
