Barista – Wimbledon Mainline Station (SW19 7NE)
Pay: £14.40 per hour Job Type: Full-time (Minimum 40 hours per week)
About the Role
At Served Coffee & Juice, we are a well-established and beloved independent coffee shop in Wimbledon, serving artisanal coffee, delicious juices, shakes, and freshly baked goods. Our mission is built around four key pillars:

We seek a passionate Barista to join our team—a person who thrives on connecting with customers, crafting exceptional coffee, and contributing to a welcoming café environment. Reports To: General Manager / Shift Leader
Location: Applicants should consider daily travel to our shop—Incidentally, Wimbledon mainline station (SW19 7NE)—is a stone’s throw away. Commute times should be accounted for.

- Be the first point of contact for customers, creating a warm, welcoming experience.
- Prepare and serve high-quality cafés, teas, juices, shakes, and freshly baked goods
- Process orders efficiently and provide outstanding customer service.
- Maintain the highest cleanliness standards, keeping the café well-presented throughout.
- Support with opening and closing procedures while contributing to team morale.
- Bring your personality to the café and help cultivate an inviting community space.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
- A genuine passion for coffee and a desire to continually learn and improve
- Excellent communication skills and a firm belief in customer-focused service
- A positive, energetic, and enthusiastic approach to work
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment
- Eagerness to work as a team, offering assistance whenever needed
