We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our dynamic team.
As a Barista at The Sloane Club, you will craft exceptional coffee beverages, providing an elevated and personalized experience for our guests. You’ll have a keen eye for detail, a passion for hospitality, and an in-depth knowledge of specialty coffee, ensuring every cup meets our high standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Barista in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel, or specialty coffee shop.
- Expertise in espresso-based drinks, latte art, and coffee preparation techniques.
- A warm and engaging personality with a strong customer service ethos.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining precision and consistency.
- Knowledge of premium coffee beans, brewing methods, and machine maintenance.
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
