Barista – Monday to Friday

Location: BaxterStorey, London Region Salary: £13.85 per hour Employment Type: Permanent Hours Per Week: 40 Shift Type: Monday to Friday (office hours)

The Role: Barista

We need a passionate, outgoing Barista who loves making a difference with amazingly warm service—to 500+ staff in our global music company’s head office. You’ll be more than just a coffee maker; you’ll be part of a supportive, multi-focused team.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a barista or café role is ideal, though we cherish enthusiasm more than perfection! Simple latte art basics would be lovely, but we value people who shine through focus on quality service every time.

What You’ll Do Daily:

  • Serve coffee and food tailored to our customers (that means knowing beverage preparation, processes, and standards inside out).
  • Engage with clients—avenue friendly, welcoming interactions and maintaining the BaxterStorey reputation.
  • Elevate the restaurant’s story—advise customers on menu, allergens, and special recommendations with an engaging attitude.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organisation across café areas—standards set by health & safety guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and help mitigate waste while maintaining speed and efficiency.
  • Operate till systems—skilled in processing orders and communicating effectively with your team.
  • Deliver exceptional service in making guests (staff members of our global music company) feel special.
  • Lend a hand with clean-up, event support, and precis/station prep, depending on daily needs and colleagues’ assistance.
