Barista Opportunity at Starbucks

What To Expect
No previous experience is required—just a passion for bringing joy to customers. Working at a Starbucks store is unlike any other job: you’ll create meaningful connections, craft delicious beverages, and build relationships with regulars.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing consistent quality in beverages, whole bean coffee, and food products, adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- Supporting store operations, including:
- Opening or closing transactions
- Cash handling
- Safety and security
- Handling high-volume periods, assisting colleagues during peak times
- Anticipating customer needs by observing store preferences and familiarising with regulars
- Delivering legendary customer service—prioritising customer satisfaction and building genuine connections
- Maintaining a clean, organised workspace for both customers and team members
