Barista
Barista – Fully Flexible 18 Hour Contract Role
Store Details
- Opening hours:
- Mon–Fri: 7am–6pm
- Sat: 7:30am–6pm
- Sun: 8am–5pm
- Contract: Fixed term with potential progression to permanent
About the Role
At Costa Coffee, we create exceptional coffee experiences by blending skillful craftsmanship with warmth and energy. As a Barista, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering quality drinks, fostering an inviting atmosphere, and embodying our customer-focused values.

Requirements
We’re looking for a dynamic team member with:
- Resourcefulness and adaptability with a positive attitude
- A strong sense of accountability and pride for quality
- Clear communication and a level head under pressure
- Empathy and an enthusiasm for working with people
Experience not mandatory, but passion for coffee and teamwork is essential.
