We’re looking for a Barista who flourishes in a collaborative atmosphere and delivers outstanding customer experiences with creativity and authenticity.


The Barista Role

Our role is as simple as it is meaningful: deliver joy with every cup of coffee.

  • Create unforgettable moments – Use your passion for coffee and customer service to elevate every interaction
  • Master the coffee bar – Skillfully prepare a range of beverages, teas, and drinks, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation
  • Recommend with confidence – Educate guests on our menu, share the story behind our products, and guide them with enthusiasm and knowledge
  • Allergen awareness – Strictly follow allergen procedures to ensure customer safety
  • Maintain excellence – Keep the workspace, coffee bar, and surrounding areas clean, organised, and standards-compliant
  • Adhere to safety standards – Commit to food safety, health & safety, and COSHH compliance without exception
  • Manage stock & systems – Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, and handle point-of-sale transactions with ease
  • Support kitchen operations – Assist with daily food preparation and maintain clean kitchen spaces
  • Go beyond the role – Active contribution to team tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture
