Barista
Barista Job Opportunity – Restaurant Associates
We are recruiting a driven Barista to join our team on a full-time contract basis (37.5 hours per week) to craft beautifully crafted drinks while delivering exceptional customer service.

- Prepare and serve first-class coffee drinks and high-quality food

Shift Pattern
For reference, the typical pattern includes five days of full-time shifts:
- Monday – Friday: Full-time days
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation & Service
- Create perfectly blended drinks and serve high-quality food to delight customers
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area

Sales & Customer Engagement
- Process payments efficiently (cash and card)
- Provide an engaging and friendly customer experience

Bar & Stock Management
- Maintain a stock of clean mugs, plates, and brewing supplies
- Ensure operational checks on brewing equipment, reporting maintenance as needed

Brand Representation & Compliance
- Represent Restaurant Associates in a positive manner
- Adhere to Food Handling & Hygiene regulations and Health & Safety policies
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Experience using brewing equipment (essential)
- Proven commitment to food and hospitality standards
Ideal Attributes
- Brilliant communicator with natural hospitality skills
- Eagerness to excel under pressure and take initiative
- Reliable and punctual, with strong reliability to meet shift times
