Barista - Costa
Part-Time Barista Vacancy (12 Hours Per Week)
We’re recruiting a driven Barista to craft beautifully crafted drinks for a major High Street brand (Costa) on a part time basis.
About the Role
As a Barista, you’ll use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers. This role offers every opportunity to progress within a company that:

Key Responsibilities
Your role will include:
- Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights customers
- Keeping the bar area clean and ** tidy**
- Receiving and processing payments (including cash and credit cards)
- Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
- Maintaining stock of clean mugs and plates
- Learning about:
- Brewing methods
- Beverage blends
- Food preparation
- Presentation techniques
- Checking brewing equipment and reporting any maintenance needs
- Representing Costa and maintaining a positive brand image
- Complying with:
- Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Health & Safety regulations

Requirements
Our ideal Barista will:
- Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships
- Have previous experience in customer service
- Strive for excellence (eager and motivated)
- Take initiative and make decisions that prioritise customer needs
- Have hands-on experience with brewing equipment
- Possess the ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability
