Key Responsibilities

• Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food to meet customer expectations
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
• Handling payments (cash and card) with accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborating as a team player and communicating effectively with colleagues and customers
• Shielding inventory levels of mugs, plates, and drinking supplies
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food prep, and presentation techniques
• Ensuring brewing equipment functions properly and reporting any maintenance needs
• Representing Costa and upholding a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations
