Barista – Part-Time (16 Hours Per Week)
We’re recruiting a driven Barista to bring beautifully crafted drinks to a major High Street brand on a part-time contractual basis. As a Barista, you’ll deliver top-tier service while helping customers enjoy perfectly blended coffees. With opportunities to progress, we invest in our team, support individuality, and reward those who go above and beyond.
Shift Patterns
Variable shifts available.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving high-quality drinks and food that excite customers
- Maintaining a clean bar area at all times
- Processing payments (cash and credit cards)
- Collaborating as an enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills
- Managing stock of clean mugs and plates
- Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food prep, and presentation techniques
- Monitoring brewing equipment for faults and raising maintenance needs
- Acting as a positive ambassador for Costa and upholding brand integrity
- Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations
