Barista - Festival Opportunities

From exciting live events and major festivals to world-class hospitality and unforgettable guest experiences, you'll be working at some of the UK's most exciting venues and events.

We're looking for enthusiastic, dependable Baristas to help deliver exceptional service across busy food and beverage outlets.

Details

Various UK festival and event locations £14 per hour + holiday pay Event-based and flexible opportunities available

Some of the Fantastic Festival Opportunities We Have This Summer:

Lytham Festival – 1st–5th July (No Camping) Badminton Flower Show – 8th–12th July Latitude Festival – 23rd–26th July Boardmasters Festival – 5th–9th August Reading Festival – 27th–30th August

Camping & Accommodation

Please note that accommodation is not provided. Candidates working at camping festivals will be required to bring their own tent and camping equipment and stay on-site for the duration of the event where applicable.

About The Role

As a Barista, you will help deliver fast, efficient service while maintaining high product quality and presentation standards in a vibrant, high-energy environment.

Serve a range of coffees, teas, cold drinks, snacks, and baked goods. Provide friendly, confident customer service to guests of all ages. Operate tills and handle transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the unit. Restock milk, syrups, cups, snacks, and other supplies during service. Work efficiently as part of a team during busy peak periods. Follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times. Ensure drinks and food are presented consistently and to a high standard. Help create a positive and memorable guest experience throughout each event.

About You

We're looking for people who thrive in an energetic environment and take pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal Candidates Will Be

Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Friendly and approachable with strong communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and well-presented. Comfortable handling busy queues and large crowds. Able to work effectively as part of a team. Previous barista, café, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not essential.
