Location: St Philip's Place, Birmingham
Salary:
- £13.36 per hour
- 24 hours per week (Tuesday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM)

Job Description
- Delight customers with a friendly & professional manner
- Prepare & serve coffee beverages, teas, drinks to BaxterStorey standards using the correct methods & equipment
- Share our menu story, provide recommendations, and follow allergen procedures
- Host a delicious counter—assembling hot foods & breakfast items
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar & workspace in line with cleaning schedules, company, & COSHH standards
- Follow all health & safety + food safety guidelines
- Monitor stock levels & restock supplies as needed
- Operate till systems for payments & orders
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints
- Assist with team tasks (e.g., deliveries, hospitality drop-offs)
- Create a welcoming deli bar environment

Working Hours: Once per week: Kickback Event (4 hours) suspensatory, subject to rostering.
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing personality; a true people person
- Great work ethic and an even greater smile
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for coffee, tea, and customer service
- Aligns with BaxterStorey core values
- Works within a collaborative & inclusive team environment
- Adaptable, solution-oriented mindset
- Previous food service experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of food safety & sanitation practices
