Role: Starbucks Barista
Location: Glasgow, G46 8AA Hours: Part-Time Hours Available / Permanent Hourly Rate: £10.95 – £12.90 (over 18) | £8.05 (under 18)
About the Role
As a Starbucks partner, you’ll:
- Create high-quality beverages and food items quickly and efficiently while ensuring accuracy and consistency every time.
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Process payments accurately, managing cash and card transactions for a smooth customer experience.
- Ensure the store remains spotless and inviting—maintaining cleanliness in the counter, kitchen, seating areas, and restrooms.
- Represent the Starbucks brand by upholding product knowledge and core values, fostering positive customer-brand interactions.
- Promote sales through app integration (Starbucks Rewards), product upselling, and supporting marketing campaigns.
