Role: Starbucks Barista
Location: Rochdale, OL12 0TY
Hours: Part-time or permanent positions available
Hourly Rate: £10.95–£12.90 per hour for those 18+ | £8.05 per hour for those under 18

About The Role
As a Starbucks partner, you’ll:
- Create high-quality beverages and food items quickly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy and consistency for every order.
- Greet customers with warmth, ensuring correct orders and delivering a welcoming, positive experience—whether at the drive-thru or café.
- Process payments accurately, including cash and card transactions, and verify orders before delivery.
- Maintain a spotless, inviting store, keeping counter, kitchen, seating, and restrooms clean, safe, and enjoyable for all.
- Uphold brand standards by mastering product knowledge and embodying our values (quality, community, and energy) in every customer interaction.
- Drive sales through:
- Promoting the Starbucks Rewards app.
- Up-selling key products.
- Supporting in-store promotions and marketing campaigns.
