- Lead smooth, efficient shifts

- Keep the team motivated and energised
- Uphold high service standards and coffee excellence
- Use resourcefulness and adaptability to resolve challenges
- Ensure seamless operation of the store
Who You Are
- A relatable and mature role model with strong accountability
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Energetic, positive, and confident in leading others
- Adaptable, resourceful, and composed under pressure
- Ready to step into a team leader role (no prior experience needed but supportive mentoring available)
