What You’ll Do
- Lead smooth, efficient shifts
- Train and support new Baristas
- Energise and motivate your team
- Maintain high standards across service and coffee excellence
- Use resourcefulness and adaptability to keep operations running seamlessly
Who You Are
- A reliable role model demonstrating accountability and maturity
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Energetic, positive, and confident in leading others
- Adaptable, resourceful, and calm under pressure
- Prior team leader experience, or ready to take on the role
