What you’ll do
Being a Team Leader means so much more than leading (even though that’s still pretty important). It’s your chance to step up to the plate - which means you’ll be:
- Creating smooth shifts even in busy periods
- Training and coaching new Baristas
- Contributing to success for yourself and your team
- Crafting new recipes to energise your team
- Keeping standards high, from excellent espressos to monthly coffee excellence scores
