- Location: Unit 3, Concourse, Manchester Piccadilly Station, Manchester M1 23A, GBR
- Contract: Full-time (35 hours/week)

The Role: Our Vision for This Barista
You’ll be our hands-and-heart-powered Barista, behind the counter making people’s days brighter, one perfectly crafted cup at a time.
Your responsibilities include:
- Creating and expertly serving Barista-prepared drinks (including iced options) by hand, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Undergoing comprehensive training—before serving customers, you’ll build confidence behind the brew (and top up if needed).
- spoils of passion for excellent customer service, from offering the perfect pour to small acts of kindness (like an unexpected free coffee).
- Ensuring Happy Teams by working closely with your team to maintain Amazing Standards Every Day.
This is more than a job; it’s an entry route to grow into leadership—80%+ of our managers started on the shop floor!
