Barista – Full-Time (35 Hours Per Week)

This role is located in Unit R2, 4 Hardman Square, Spinningfields, Manchester M3 3EB GBR.

About the Role
Our Baristas are brilliant team players who are passionate about what they brew. You’ll:
- Handmake and lovingly pour all our Barista-prepared drinks (including iced options)
- Take responsibility for ensuring every customer’s drink meets high standards
- Undergo rigorous training (weeks-long) to master the skills needed for speed, precision, and confidence in crafting organic Pret coffee

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking your:

Competitive Pay
- £14.40 per hour (inclusive of mystery shopper bonus)
- +£5 per hour for any shift from 3–5am after initial training

The Interview Process

- Phone screening for initial discussion
- Shop-based interview with General Manager and your new team
