Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join the team at our cafe in the Weston Library at Oxford University.
The Cafe is situated in the majestic atrium of the Weston Library at Oxford University and offers a wide selection of soups, sandwiches, salads, hot dishes, cakes, pastries and hot drinks.
About the Barista role:
- Preparing and serving coffee and tea drinks
- Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of coffee and tea served at Benugo
- Supporting the Head Barista in training the team
- Properly handling and maintaining all coffee equipment
- Ensuring the customers experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard
- Ensuring that food safety standards are always followed
- General cleaning duties and general tasks across the site

Previous experience preparing and serving drinks is preferred.
Rate: £12.21 per hour
Contract: Full Time/ Permanent
