Its vintage charm, welcoming atmosphere, and focus on quality quickly made it a beloved destination for guests around the world. Since then, Ralph Lauren has expanded the Ralph’s Coffee experience globally. From cafés to coffee trucks. Each designed to evoke connection, comfort, and a sense of classic American hospitality.
In Bicester Village, the Ralph’s Coffee truck became an instant guest favourite, known for its inviting service and distinctive style. Building on that success, we are proud to open a new stand-alone café, arriving just ahead of a busy seasonal period and offering an exciting moment to join our team.

Responsibilities
We are looking for a Barista who can bring the Ralph Lauren hospitality experience to life. As part of our opening team, you’ll help create a warm and elevated environment where guests feel welcomed, valued, and immersed in the Ralph’s Coffee story.
This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in craft, understands the importance of presentation, and enjoys engaging with guests in a thoughtful and genuine way. You’ll represent a brand known for its heritage, lifestyle, and dedication to exceptional quality.

Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience preparing fresh coffee and a variety of hot beverages, including skilled operation of manual espresso machines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A warm, polished presence suited to a luxury lifestyle environment.
- A proactive, solutions-driven approach to service.
- A collaborative, team-focused attitude.
