We are committed to delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our members, guests and visitors, and we're looking for a passionate Barista to join our Food & Beverage team.

The Role

We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. You'll be passionate about delivering exceptional coffee and outstanding service, creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring every drink and food item is prepared to the highest standard.

As a Barista, Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Preparing and serving high-quality coffees, teas, smoothies and other hot and cold beverages with consistency and care.
  • Preparing and serving food items where required.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders and building positive relationships.
  • Recommending menu items and upselling seasonal specials and new products.
  • Assisting with opening and closing duties, ensuring work areas are clean, fully stocked and ready for service.
  • Processing payments accurately.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety and hygiene in line with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Monitoring stock levels and communicating replenishment requirements.
  • Supporting the wider Food & Beverage operation as required to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Barista or team member in a hotel or similar hospitality environment.
  • A passion for coffee, great food and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A positive, friendly and professional attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and Health & Safety practices.
  • Experience in a luxury hospitality environment is desirable but not essential.
