About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista / Shift Manager who can take charge of shift operations, ensure high-quality beverage preparation, and maintain excellent customer service standards. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the food & beverage industry and be capable of managing a small team during shifts.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and café items.
- Manage café operations during assigned shifts, including staff supervision and task delegation.
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
- Handle POS transactions, cash management, and daily shift reports.
- Sufficient to resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Must be from Hotel industry or food industry, Proven with an experience of 2-3 years.
- Knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, and beverage preparation techniques.
