About Us

Woodland Cafe is a cozy and modern café located in the heart of Zirakpur, known for our quality coffee, handcrafted beverages, and warm customer service.

About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista / Shift Manager who can take charge of shift operations, ensure high-quality beverage preparation, and maintain excellent customer service standards. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the food & beverage industry and be capable of managing a small team during shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and café items.
  • Manage café operations during assigned shifts, including staff supervision and task delegation.
  • Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
  • Handle POS transactions, cash management, and daily shift reports.
  • Sufficient to resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Must be from Hotel industry or food industry, Proven with an experience of 2-3 years.
  • Knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, and beverage preparation techniques.
