Pay & Conditions
- Base pay: £12.85 per hour
- Shift incentive: Extra £1.20 per hour (midnight–6 AM), bringing hourly rate to £14.05
- Hours: Shifts run 2:30 am–10 pm, rotating across weekdays, weekends, bank/holidays

- 18+ years old ( due to certain evening shift tasks involving alcohol service & sales )
- Hospitality experience (preferred)
- Passionate about customer service, creativity, and teamwork
- Five years’ work references and Criminal Record Check required
- High energy & positivity—bring ‘the good vibes’ to every shift!
The Barista Role
- Brew lighting moments: Pump up satisfaction with roles in espresso drinks, coffee tech, and seasonal specials
- Expertise in Starbucks beverages (including bespoke requests)
- Go the extra mile with product knowledge and signature recipes
- Smile service powerhouse: Provide impeccable customer care—impactful, approachable and happy!
