Barista – Birmingham Airport, Starbucks (SSP)
Fixed term and part-time contracts available
Pay & Incentives
- Base pay: £12.85 per hour
- Shift incentive: +£1.20/hr for overnight shifts (midnight – 6 AM) = £14.05 total
- Hours: 2:30 AM–10 PM (flexible weekends, weekdays, bank/public holidays)

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
✔ Energise & Engage – Love working with people, staying active, and keeping the mood light. ✔ Own Your Role – Dive into learning coffee, build customer connections, and craft bespoke drinks. ✔ Service with a Smile – Deliver exceptional customer experience (alcohol handling may apply). ✔ Keep It Fresh – Maintain a clean, welcoming unit at all times.
About You (Requirements)
🔹 Experience – Previous hospitality experience required. 🔹 Age – Must be 18+ (for overnight shifts/specific responsibilities). 🔹 Background Check – 5 years’ references + Criminal Record Check required. 🔹 Confidence – Permitted to sell and handle alcohol (part of role duties). 🔹 Mindset – Positive, versatile, and a team player—energy is contagious!
