Salary: £24,216 per annum
Contract: 36.5 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days per week

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Barista to join our busy, successful catering Bristol Central Venues team. This specific role will be based at the Bristol Central Library. As a member of the front of house team, you will be part of a hard-working, friendly group who all have the same goal – to deliver exceptional customer service to our visitors.
This role requires you to be responsible for a variety of tasks, including preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages, providing a friendly and welcoming service to all café visitors, operating the till, clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, handling cash and supporting stock control processes.

Please note that this role is a stand alone role, so will be working independently for the duration of all shifts, so would be well suited to those who are able to work as an individual and enjoy this type of work.

Shifts
An normal week, each week, will look like:
- Tuesday to Friday: 09:00-17:00
- Saturday: 09:30-16:30
About You
- Have previous experience working as a Barista or a Café Waiter
- Have a passion for delivering outstanding service, greeting customers with a smile and serving coffee and other beverages with pride
- Take initiative and make decisions that are right for our visitors
- Be an excellent team player with great communication skills
- Have a desire to succeed in your role and a love of coffee culture
- Possess the ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
- Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability
- Have a safety-first mindset
