Barista
BARISTA, THE ROSEBERY
39 hours, 5 days per week
We’re looking for a Barista to join our timeless Rosebery restaurant, part of Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London’s most iconic address.

Key Responsibilities
As a Barista at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, your role will include:
- Demonstrating excellent knowledge of the beverage menu and the preparation of teas, coffees, and other drinks to the highest standards
- Ensuring mise en place (pre-shift preparations) for seamless operation
- Delivering drinks to tables and clearly explaining them to guests
- Communicating guest requests efficiently and promptly
You will work on a rotating shift basis from Monday to Sunday, covering morning and evening shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, so flexibility is essential.
Requirements & Skills
To excel in this role, you should:
- Have exceptional communication skills
- Show a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Ideally, have previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Possess the eligibility to work in the UK (proof required during recruitment)
