Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant

Overview

Pay -

16-17 - £8.00 per hour.

18+ - £12.21 per hour.

Your local store is looking for a minimum 8hrs per week Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant.

Our coffee shops, affectionately titled Pausa, are positively thriving and it is our Coffee Shop Assistants that are at the very heart of their success. You’ll take pride in every cup you pour, build expert knowledge of our product range and meaningfully connect with our customers. Whether it’s a regular grabbing their usual or a first-time visitor, you’ll make sure every customer leaves feeling better than when they arrived. It’s a busy, hands-on role that takes energy, focus and a fair bit of graft.

What you'll be doing

Whilst meeting high standards for Health and Safety and Food Hygiene, our Coffee Shop Assistants function as part of a tight knit team, working well under pressure and excelling in product knowledge to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
