Position: Bars Administrator
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal
Pay Rates: Up to £12.71 per hour depending on age
Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Bars Administrator you’ll play an essential role in supporting the team and ensuring seamless bar operations.
We are seeking a super-organised and proactive Bar Administrator to be the magic behind the scenes that keeps our bar buzzing! As the go-to person for all things inventory, cash, and admin, you’ll keep things running like clockwork while making sure the team has everything they need to serve up great experiences. If you’re detail-oriented, love keeping things in order, and thrive in a lively, fast-paced setting, this could be your perfect role!
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee stock and inventory levels to ensure a steady supply of bar essentials, coordinating with suppliers as needed.
- Check in and log out stock accurately when items are allocated to different departments or sections, ensuring smooth operations.
- Handle cashing up and secure banking of daily takings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Support the bar’s general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and responding to emails and other communications.

Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable and able to work independently with good time-management skills.
- Flexible availability to support bar operations, including weekends and holidays as required.
